K.I. Preservations provides general contracting and project management services for commercial renovations and new construction projects. From the pre-construction phase to the final walk through, we oversee the management of the construction process including the planning, coordination, and control of projects.

We provide hands-on, professional management, quality craftsmanship, and are attentive to the needs of our customers. We work with all parties involved to make certain that project coordination is smooth, that critical milestones are met on schedule, that budgets are maintained, and that the design intent is met.
