- Roof pitch fraction cannot be greater than a 12/12 pitch.
- Offer excludes replacement of attic fans, flue pipes, skylights, chimney caps, etc but can be added if requested.
- The square footage of your roof is rarely the same as the square footage of your home
- Up to 2 boards replaced at no extra charge; $35 extra for additional board replacements

All materials will be hand/pneumatic nailed, selection from all brand-name shingles in a variety of colors, complete tear-off of existing shingles (1 layer), installation of new 15-pound felt paper, inspection and sealing of all chimney and wall flashings, installation of shingle starter row on all rakes and eaves to prevent rot on the perimeters, replacement of chimney counter flashings, installation of new pipe boot flashings on external roof pipes, installation of weatherproofing ice and water shield in all valleys, installation of new ridge vent system, complete clean-up and haul-away of all debris, including use of a magnetic roller to pick up nails
